This article is only relevant to those managing institutional accounts.
As a user under an institutional account you can be assigned the role of 'transcript editor'. As a 'transcript editor' you are able to see stored transcripts, access and edit these transcripts through our editing suite.
The changes you make to a transcript will then be made available to all other users across that institutional account under our 'active - passive' captioning system.
As an institutional admin you can select users to fulfil the role of a transcript editor by follow the instructions here. A transcript editor may be a student, a lecture, or another member of staff.
