Caption.Ed Scribe Permissions
Once the Scribe has joined the meeting, you might need to admit it to the meeting. The host can do this by clicking on Admit in the participants list.
Once the Caption.Ed Scribe bot has joined the meeting; a pop-up window will appear for the host, asking them whether the Caption.Ed Scribe bot can record the meeting.
Tip
We recommend checking the box to apply these permissions to all future requests in this meeting.
Once you click "Allow Recording", you will hear a notification from Zoom saying "Recording in Progress".
Now, the Caption.Ed Scribe bot will start captioning everything that everyone says in that meeting, which will be displayed in the Dashboard.
