If you didn't receive a pop-up or see the Microphone permission required message, you will need to set Google Chrome's permissions for Caption.Ed to access your microphone.
Click on the Microphone icon in the top left-hand corner, then all you need to do is make sure the microphone is toggled on.

Then just click on the done button, and you should be able to start captioning your conversations!
