How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your Caption.Ed account password or need to change it, you can request a password reset by selecting "Forgot your password?" on the login page, or you can go directly here.

You'll have to submit your registered email address, which will send a password reset link to your inbox.

I've received the message "Caption.Ed Reset Password Token Has Expired" what do I do?

If you’ve received an email to activate your account or reset your password, the link in the email will expire after 60 minutes.

If you try to click the link after 60 minutes, it won't work. If this happens, all you need to do is submit the password reset form again to get a new email.

Please Note: Resetting your password in Caption.Ed will also reset your TalkType password and vice versa. As both softwares will sit under the same account.

You can reset your TalkType password by going to the dashboard and clicking on "Forgotten Password?" or by clicking on this link here: Reset your Password

Please note that you cannot reuse your past 24 passwords when resetting your password.
