Cancelling your Subscription
If you would like to cancel your subscription or end your free trial, you can do so directly from Caption.Ed.
- Log in to Caption.Ed Dashboard
- Click on Settings in the left-hand menu, then Account Details
- Click on the Subscription tab and then select Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Plan
- Select Cancel Plan again to confirm.
- Fill out the form to provide feedback as to why you wish to cancel your subscription
- Your Caption.Ed subscription has now been cancelled
