How to download invoices from the reseller portal

If you would like to download an invoice from the reseller portal you will need to go to your Order History and find the order that you would like to download the invoice PDF for, these will be sorted by the date the orders were created.

Here on the right-hand side of the order table, you will find an “Invoice PDF” button, you can go ahead and click this to download your invoice for the batch of orders selected. You can see what these orders are using the drop-down.

Tip: If you have your reference number to hand, using CTRL+F (Windows) or command+F (Mac) will bring up a search bar where you can copy this in! This will then highlight what you are searching for.
