Using Caption.Ed's calendar integration can help streamline your workflow. Here's how you can join meetings with Caption.Ed, and keep track of your day.
The calendar on Caption.Ed displays meetings for the upcoming 12 hours.
- Open up your Caption.Ed app.
- Once on the home screen, you can view your calendar on Caption.Ed and view your upcoming meetings.
- Here, you can find a Zoom, MS Teams, or Google Meet join button, depending on the software you use.
- Clicking the Join button will open a menu with different options for joining your meetings with Caption.Ed.
- Join and add Caption.Ed bot: you will automatically join the meeting alongside your Caption.Ed bot. The meeting host will need to grant access to the bot, which will be able to assign speaker labels automatically as participants are talking.
- Join and set up recording: you will automatically join the meeting and be able to record locally using your microphone and system audio.
- Join meeting only: allows you to join the meeting without Caption.Ed recording, just as you would using Zoom or MS Teams.
