How to view your invoices for your subscription

View your Invoices

Keeping track of your subscription invoices is important for managing your expenses. This support article will show you a quick way to access and view your subscription invoices.

1. Log in to Caption.Ed in the browser
2. Click on your Initials 
3. Then click on the Account button.
4. Click on the Subscription tab and then click Manage Subscription

   

5. Look for "Invoice History" at the bottom of the page
6. Click the date of the invoice you need, and it will open on a new page where you can download the invoice or receipt
