I'm stuck on an older version of Caption.Ed, what should I do? (Windows)

Some older versions of the Caption.Ed Desktop App will not update automatically to allow you access to our latest features and performance fixes on Windows devices. 

To make sure you're up to date on Caption.Ed, follow the steps below to get the latest version of Caption.Ed: 

 

  1. Download the new Windows app from this page. Caption.Ed will quit completely and reinstall.

  2. Open Caption.Ed and start recording.

  3. The app will auto-update going forward.
