My license key is not redeming what should I do?
If your activation key is not working, then please check the following:
- Ensure you have downloaded the correct installer for your activation code. Your activation code will only work with the corresponding product (for example, Medincle Spellchecker).
- Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your activation key when entering it.
- Confirm that this is the first time you are using the activation key, as activation keys can only be used once.
