My license key is not redeming what should I do?

If your activation key is not working, then please check the following:

Ensure you have downloaded the correct installer for your activation code. Your activation code will only work with the corresponding product (for example, Medincle Spellchecker).
Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your activation key when entering it.
Confirm that this is the first time you are using the activation key, as activation keys can only be used once.
