Transferring Your License Under the Access to Work Scheme

If you've received a license through the Access to Work scheme and are moving to a new role or employer, please note that the license is technically owned by your previous employer. To transfer the license to your new job, you'll need to obtain permission from your former employer.

Once your previous employer emails us at help@caption-ed.com with their consent, we can proceed with transferring the license key to your new role.
