Caption.Ed Desktop Application
The Caption.Ed Desktop Application is available to download on both Windows and Mac devices, you’ll be able to download the relevant file here.
Please see below for the minimum requirements needed to install Caption.Ed on your device.
Please Note: If you use a Chromebook, you will need to access Caption.Ed via the browser.

Please Note: Caption.Ed will work on both Intel-based Mac's and Apple Silicon.
Caption.Ed Browser
To access Caption.Ed on a tablet or mobile devices, you will need to use Caption.Ed in the browser. The browser is also great if you’re unable to download the desktop app to your device, or if you need to access Caption.Ed on a temporary device!
We have a few browsers that are compatible with Caption.Ed, these are Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari. We highly recommend using Google Chrome where possible.
In order for Caption.Ed to run effectively, you will need to be connected to a stable internet connection, with these minimum internet speeds:
